CMS vs Hands from the right place?

I am a beginner. I am making a website for my project and lately I am afraid that I will create a bicycle.
I started doing everything by hand using dreamweaver, Photoshop, mysql, php, js. In addition, an android application will work with the database later, and later maybe an iOS application. The site itself is not complicated - at least javascript, geolocation, Yandex maps, authorization of users on social networks and registration in their own database, comments, articles, gallery.
But lately I’ve been hearing more and more often that it’s easier to do it on some cms, but I really don’t like the bulkiness and slowness of cms with a bunch of extra stuff and at the same time I don’t want to create a bike. I’m still feeling drupal and wordpress.
Of the benefits: the relative ease of construction, the presence of interesting modules.
Of the minuses: speed of work !!, similarity with other sites and the need to cut out everything superfluous (and this superfluous comes out very much).
The essence of the site is as follows - a person enters the site, finds a place on the map, puts a mark on the map with a review in the video of the completed form with the ability to upload photos and videos, other users see his review when viewing the map and can comment or leave their reviews. There will also be section with articles, gallery. All this, of course, in the context of the theme of the site.
What do you advise? Of course, it’s more interesting for me to do everything myself, but won’t it come back to haunt me later when working on an application for this site or upgrading in general?

A beginner must reinvent the wheel

Procedure
1. Write your bike
2. Understand that it is on square wheels, and crutches instead of pedals
3. Take the framework / cms and rewrite everything
Without the first two stages in the third stage, repeat the first two points anyway, so they are inevitable

Framework + Hands from the right place

WordPress and other CMS, as a rule, are designed for simple tasks, and their extensions are nothing more than "crutches" - for example, to turn a blog platform (WordPress) into an online store.
1. Bicycle.
If you start asking on the toaster or other sites/forums: is it worth writing a bicycle? Then the answers will be: "Why? Are you a fool?" etc. in the same vein.
It makes sense to start writing your bike if you have an understanding: how sites work, how the architecture is built, what requirements may arise for a self-written site in the future and how to solve them, how the database architecture is built, how the site (engine) will be updated (expanded, supported) and etc.
If you have a "deep" understanding of what is to be done, as well as a lot of experience behind you, then "
2. Frameworks.
But what if your site "shoots" and you stop coping alone? How much time are you willing to allocate from start to production?
The framework will solve many problems that you will have to face in the "bicycle": no need to work on the architecture (it already exists), the entire set of tools and logic (including working with the database), the availability of documentation (almost always in Russian).
With the framework, you will spend many times less time, effort and nerves on development. It will be difficult only at first, when studying.
PS Never listen to people who "push" and "push" only their own point of view, for example: "only a framework, and nothing else!", "write your own bike and learn how to program normally", "use CMS and don't bother". It is up to you to decide what to do, and all recommendations on websites / forums are given solely based on the experience of the "recommender", and if you listen to such a person and it turns out that he was wrong, then all the problems and crutches will be raked for you, and not for that who advised.
It's up to you to decide which way to go :)

You can’t figure it out with Drupal in a couple of days and it’s not always possible to install a couple of modules and everything is ready, you have to write code. However, as with any framework. Don't mess with WordPress. Better write a couple of crutches and bicycles for yourself, then deal with some kind of framework.

I really like the speed of the sites. that's why I use Drupal.
but I want to use static html and statics tsms-generator, with separate interactive components (on other pages, not static, for users who need interactive). just changing my claims to php and muscle - and their speed, especially since I use cheap hosting and not my vps.
so if there is such a tsms or even a program for creating html sites - this will be optimal for me

If the question is worth doing with cms or with your own hands, then ask yourself what functionality should be, if it’s small, something like a simple blog, then you can do it yourself. If something is complicated, then cms is better.
