The admin panel has a sitebar (for example, on the left) and a page on the right. Pages on the right, are they separately loaded pages?

In the screenshot, I noticed everything prntscr.com/d24wu3 Let's say I create a layout for the admin in index.html, on the left is a sitebar with lists (menu), and on the right, depending on which item I choose in the sitebar, the page is displayed (if I chose the slider item, then items are displayed for editing the slider through the admin panel, etc.). So here's the question. This block to the right of the slider where pages are displayed, is it a frame or just pages that are dynamically loaded or page templates? I want to understand the essence of how it works, at least in the simplest version. I saw in the url the transfer of parameters ?oll_product, if you go to the "all products" item, for example. Those. does the link just list that get parameter? I want to understand the essence of how to write this in php so that a specific page is loaded when you click on a specific menu item in the sitebar.

@Ankhena

It happens to everyone.
In simplest terms, a sidebar is a well-placed menu that is placed in the same way on all pages.
You can have fun with ajax and/or frames.
