Good afternoon. On the screen I highlighted what I need. How to create curved lines from a cube or a plane and so that the bar continues further, as in the screenshot? How to create a certain platform? What tool?
Blender just started learning today. You need to complete this task.

Please tell me a way or maybe a video tutorial where they show, I didn’t find it myself :(

There are a million ways to do it. Just go through all the video tutorials and eventually figure out how to make this or that thing. And so, the easiest way is stretching / extrusion / extrude.

1. Switch to object editing mode (Tab)
   
2. Select desired face/edges/points
   
3. Press E
   
4. Pull in the right direction
