How to create SFX for unpacking in ProgramFiles?

I need to create an SFX archive that would copy all the files to a folder in ProgramFiles on startup and run the file after that. In this case, you need to do it all without windows. If you make an archive through Winrar, then you can copy the files to ProgramFiles, but for this you will need to run the archive and click the Extract button. I need everything to be executed by itself after the file is launched. This can be done if I select the Unpack to temporary folder option. In this case, the archive will unpack itself and run the file, but apparently it is impossible to do the same with ProgramFiles via Winrar. How can I do what I need?
