How to create priorities in a router without QOS?

When someone other than me connects to our router and starts watching a movie, then I start to lag in the game.
The router does not have QOS.
Is there any other way to make the computer have a higher priority than other devices?
Is it true that the first connected device has the highest priority?
Will the device connected to the router via an ethernet cable have a higher priority than others?

Connect via cable. Most likely, your wi-fi is weak.
