Judging by the screenshot, you do not use lightmaps. Read about Global Illumination and Lightmapping, you can start with the manual and the official tutorial:

In addition to lightmaps, post-effects are clearly used, maybe self-written, maybe from Standard Assets . Without them, the picture will not be the same. In general, you can write to the developers and ask how they achieved such a picture, they have contacts on their website .
You need to make lighting like in SuperHOT. Make a strong directional light source with harsh shadows, and dim the ambient. Play with the balance of these two sources.
