How to create list of tags in table cell swift?

Hello!
Tell me how you can implement the addition of tags in one of the table view cells. The idea, I think, is simple. We enter a word, press enter or done and the text is circled in a loaf (for understanding). Or something similar.
I need to know the direction in which to move, what to create and what sequences, otherwise nothing clever comes to mind.
