Does Visual Studio 2015 support Swift?

Is it possible to go through the entire cycle of writing an application in Apple Swift in Visual Studio 2015? Or is it still necessary to have a Mac and xCode?

1. To build OSX/iOS applications, you need OSX (at least virtual), without any options, regardless of where and what you write.
2. swift compiler for win, emnip, does not exist.

It's Apple that doesn't support Windows development. So questions for them
