By clicking on the button in the top panel of the tableViewController, a menu with search filters for elements in the table should pop up from the bottom. The menu itself will be larger in height than the screen size, and when scrolling down in the area of ​​the menu itself, it should scroll, and when scrolling down in the upper area (where the arrow highlighted in the photo is located), the menu should hide down.
