How to create, integrate an email signature in Outlook?

I went to the task to create an email signature (as I understand it, this is the same as the email template, or is it not?) with its subsequent integration into Outlook. I already made up the email template, so I'm not asking about email layout, I'm just more interested in how to test and integrate this signature into Outlook? Tried this method link but in the end it comes in the form of html code. Is there a way to integrate this signature as html or just create it manually via the Outlook editor?
