How to make it so that the user enters data in the form in the same email message and after clicking on the "Submit" button - all this data is sent to the site and processed there?

As far as I know, you can't make forms in a letter.
More precisely, you can try, only Yandex and Google with email will cut them to you, or send them to spam.
Instead, they make a unique identifier in the header of the message and reply to this letter, and then parse the response.
