How to create fresh, trendy and beautiful designs with UX in mind?

So you read the branches and the feeling that UX is at the forefront, and the design is at least from the 90s. But in reality, specialists from two UX / UI competencies are valued, and not separately. You can see this in startups.
So I'm wondering how to combine the ability to learn other people's ideas / developments (quickly immersing a visual template in the brain) and the ability to put it into practice, taking into account UX? The speed of all processes is important. And probably, it is already somehow described, formalized and polished? Without the invention of bicycles.
Someone else's ideas can be incomprehensible, but convenient and usable. They want to be adopted and put into practice not to the detriment of work (and in no case copying in a stupid way). But the complexity and limited time puts it in the framework and you work along the beaten paths

Either you don't understand what UX is and what UI is, or you don't understand what's going on at all.
What is the actual problem? Keep UX in mind when creating trending designs, that's the whole answer.

To create a fresh trendy design, you need to stop relying on other people's ideas.
