What can you read about frontend development?

Hello!
Can you suggest good books on the front, primarily interested in design and code reuse, as well as layout.
Now I have big problems with this, I can make up one page all day long, while with programming everything seems to be not bad for me (I write in python, java, php, I know algorithms). I also have problems with js, I just can’t figure out how to program correctly on it, all the time I get something semi-procedural semi-OOPish.

If the problem is precisely that you get semi-procedural code, then there is one interesting book - "JavaScript Patterns". It describes different templates and some of them can be applied in your projects.
