How to create an unkillable process on Android?

Welcome all.
The Torque Pro program is installed on the GU rockchip rk3326_mid (Android 8) in the car.
Situation:
I arrived -> Torque is connected via OBD to the GU -> got out of the car -> set the car alarm -> GU turned off.
Came -> took off the alarm -> started the car -> GU turned on -> I start Torque, and in it all the parameters saved earlier were reset.
My device is rooted.
Essence of the question:
How to make the Torque process indestructible, so that when the GU goes to sleep, the Torque process continues to work?
PS Working Torque on the phone:
I start Torque, I display an indicator with a counter of 1 sec. and run it, the countdown starts.
At the same time I start the counter on the computer.
I wait a little, about a minute, I exit completely from Torque, I reboot the phone.
I wait another minute, I start Torque again, the counter continues to work and shows the same numbers as the computer.
