Hello!
I want to create a small online store. More for myself than for real sales. I don't know much about web programming.
Requirements:
registration,
several categories of goods,
filters,
sorting,
shopping cart,
ordering,
choice of delivery method,
choice of payment method,
the ability to add payment systems,
commenting,
database - the amount of goods in stock (not yet required).
1) Is it possible to create all this on ucoz.ru?
2) And with the help of opencart?
3) Tell me, please, cheap and more or less normal hosting and sites that sell domains - I don’t understand this at all.

If there is very little experience on the web and there is no desire to understand, then follow the advice of Alexufo, but if you want to figure out how it works from A to Z, then opencart will do, it comes with a lot of solutions out of the box and a fairly informative Russian-speaking community.
To get started, use free hosting on hostinger.ru with a free third-level domain, as a platform for ready-made sites, I would not recommend it, but it is very suitable for tests.

Hosting for starters can be in the same place (or on reg.ru). Then it is better to switch to vds.
If you don’t have any experience at all, then I strongly advise you to look at shopcms.ru - I haven’t seen a simpler shop cms. She is just as simple as a slipper. We set it up, went to the admin panel, stumbled on the goods, payment methods, blah blah blah, it all worked. The only thing you need is hosting with Zend support (you can directly from them if the price suits you).
With the help of opencart it is possible, but some experience is implied there. All sorts of glitches-problems can get out. They seem to be fixed quickly, but some solutions are "go and make a request to the database with your hands", "correct the php file". It seems like it will take 10 seconds, but without experience you will figure it out for a long time.
