How to create an isolated system without virtualization?
Is there an option to install the system on one of the disks (SSD), but so that from that system there is no access to the rest (HDD and another SSD) disks? So that you can open files without fear of infecting your PC, but at the same time use full force, without Virtual Box, etc.

At the age of 21, it is virtualization that allows you to use your PC to its full potential, and not vice versa. (I'm not talking about servers at all)
No way, just physically disconnect the rest of the disks. But I still wouldn't risk it. malware can also disable equipment (many motherboards, for example, allow you to flash the BIOS from under the OS with their utilities, the same with video cards).
Install OS and disable auto-mounting (auto-mounting) of file systems.
