How to create an infobase object in Bitrix 24?

Good afternoon! They sent me TK for one project. It is necessary to create an infobase object with the specified fields (Field name/Field type) in the boxed version of Bitrix 24.
I installed Bitrix 24 on localhost, but I don’t understand where the IB objects are created.
