Bitrix24 and mail.ru integration?
Hello, please help me figure it out.
I have a cloud Bitrix24, I began to bind corporate mail to mail.ru, everything is fine with sending, but with some kind of crap with receiving. Leads from new addresses are created after a long time from 10 minutes to 2 hours, incoming letters land only in leads. Letters to existing contacts, neither to transactions, nor to contact cards are not attached at all. The most interesting thing is that I tied the yandex.ru mail on another project, everything works as it should ....

Check your MX and DNS record settings.
Well, mail settings and mail settings in Bitrix.
Compare with Yandex, where everything is ok. Quite realistically the problem is in the mail. One of the worst companies ever.
Bitrix 24 does not have support for corporate mail on biz.mail.ru, if you wrote about it. They are preparing their own mail solution, so only standard mail accounts and Yandex Mail for Domain (not Ya.Connect!)
work. It's strange that it works for you at all. And check, by the way, that incoming mail from your Bitrix clients does not turn into spam? This often happens, even if the mail is on Ya.
I would not say so categorically, that's just Yandex has problems, like connecting several mailboxes to the main one (just a terrible download speed), with the transition from Yandex traffic rules to Yandex Connect, and business mail to mail.ru into this time just works.
Does Bitrix simply collect incoming mail via POP3 (or IMAP?)? How often are the boxes checked?
At first glance, it is rather strange that there are problems when working with incoming mail. But with outgoing mail, on the contrary, it is logical that they should be (or will be), especially with a significant number of letters.
Biz.Mail.ru for corporate mail (for the purpose of mailboxes for managers and correspondence from the interface, mail program) is a good service, but for the rest (CMS, CRM) it is questionable.
