Import from a site on 1C-Bitrix to Bitrix 24 stopped working. It works in manual mode, but not in automatic mode, it switches to manual after a while. There is an option to create a new integration, this has already been done, but this is not an option in this case, you need to find the cause of the problem.

Can anyone advise something, for example, where is the function that is responsible for sending a request to the site to run the import?

UPD: The
import is configured with two sites that are generally similar, but everything works correctly with one site, with the other - there are problems with importing. The import request, as I understand it, is not sent at all: the import date is not updated while the import is set to automatic.

I also added logging in the /bitrix/modules/sale/admin/1c_exchange.php file, the $type variable should have the value "crm", but it does not come. At the same time, on the site where the import works, this value comes.
