How to create an additional virtual monitor in Windows 7?

Through remote control, you need to display 3 screens, 2 of which physically exist as monitors, the third one needs to be emulated somehow.

No. 3 on top, No. 1 on the bottom, No. 2 new on the right of which is not physically present on which one window must be dragged to the right so that it is there. How to do it? Do not try through the unoccupied VGA port of the video card, but slip some kind of artificial driver? Or is there software for this?

Indirect answer to the question: use a virtual desktop, for example - branded from Microsoft https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/down...
Direct answer to the question: use the recipe from here https://community.spiceworks. com/topic/397193-seco... (a screenshot from a similar one that appears in your question).
