How to create an abstract "spatial grid" in the console?

Good day. There was a following requirement: It is
necessary to create an abstract grid in the console (having no visualization). Grid on XY.
Just a field where each point has its own location by type: X = 13.0454, Y = 122.5433 (or with minus values), on which objects will be placed and moved.
How can I do that?
