How to create a site layout in vector for such a landing page zorkamobile.com/wordpress/?
I used to do everything in PSD. Perhaps I will immediately understand by looking at the layout of the site in vector and I will be very grateful for the example.
Under what resolution to create a layout (72dpi? Or maybe 300 dpi). But vector forms for the web format in illustrator are incorrectly built, reduced by pixels.
Also wondering how to distribute the layers?

I once created a layout in illustrator, as a designer it was more convenient for me. But the layout designer of the site requested all the same in psd. It was a hassle to translate. I'm not our automatic translation from illustrator to photoshop by layers.
It would be even better to do it in in-design, but again the question is - who can do something with this layout?

Why create layouts in vector?
Separate elements are created in the vector, for example, icons / thumbnails, so that they can then be placed in SVG on the site.
Layouts must be created in PSD. Supplementing them with the necessary fonts, export SVG and other resources for layout.
