How to create a web page for each user in Linux?

Hello, just started learning Linux - little by little I'm moving forward (hopefully forward). Just now, my Apache finally started working, I can see the default web page, but now the question is - how can I make my own separate web page appear for each user? Maybe there is a detailed tutorial somewhere? Thank you.
