How to create a video with a scrolling image effect?

There is a task to create a video clip in which there will be a smooth scrolling of the image from top to bottom. Like a Star Wars screensaver, just a picture.
ffmpeg does this quite slowly and learning the commands is very time consuming. I would like to find a more convenient video editor that allows you to implement such an effect. The image is 10000 pixels high, the video has a resolution of 1920x1080.
Please advise where to look?

If not free, then in Adobe Premiere you can easily do it by analogy with my answer here .
You need to put a keyframe at the beginning and at the end, and change its position. For titles there is a rolling title - "drum".
