How to create a threat model for a site?

I am not an information security specialist, but as a teacher responsible for informatization of the school, I must create a threat model for the school website. I read a lot of material and reviewed a lot of sites, my head is already a mess, but specifically for the site I did not find a threat model anywhere. . Please share who has the Threat Model for the website of an educational organization

Well, a school website may differ from the rest only in that it will be heavily attacked by students of this school with the aim of vandalism. There are no monetary reasons to attack the school website (unless you collect money from your parents there).
