Where to get training and certification (courses) on information (computer) security?

Tell me where to get training and certification (courses remotely) in information (computer) security (in my spare time). I am 36 .. I have been working with computers all my life, my occupation is design, 3D, graphics, video, sound. I understand hardware, I'm a little friendly with Linux ... technical English is slightly below average, I learn quickly, a technical mindset. I plan to change my occupation (since my brain is already boiling to create .. I'm tired) and I'm trying to find courses for training on the net. There are a lot of courses, but prices vary and everywhere they write - AGREED FSB ... 500 hours ... and other lure. It is desirable to receive a weighty document upon completion (a diploma of retraining). I would like to have a document in my hands, and not just a piece of paper with which they will not be hired anywhere. And in my head so that there was no porridge ... without excess water.
