How can a windows 7 account be hacked without having physical access to the machine?

Interested for educational purposes. It is especially interesting how to protect yourself from hacking. It was advised to work from a regular account, and use a root account in cases of emergency. In principle, a normal option, but somewhat inconvenient.

I always liked the option of throwing a flash drive with nishtyak under the office door or in the entrance.

Can!
I didn’t do hacking because I try not to break the laws =) Well, for educational purposes:
- OS vulnerability. (difficult)
- vulnerabilities of standard programs / services (medium)
- vulnerabilities of third-party programs / services (easy) -
well, an option to throw a program (not considered since it’s easy just do, well, normal users will never be fooled)
-embed in a popular program (also easy, actually a lot of special services do it). Well, there is a chance that geeks will notice. Although it is actually very difficult to notice. (Well, there are a lot of precedents).
