How to create a task in bitrix using a third-party api?

Good afternoon, I have my own rest api server written in nodejs, I need to send requests to bitrix24 from my api that will create tasks.
The documentation of normal examples of how to do this does not provide, perhaps someone here has encountered similar tasks and knows the solution?

What is abnormal in this example? For Bitrix, this is still a good level of documentation, it could be much worse. Just replace the SDK calls with an http request and that's it.
