How to create a summary sheet of academic records in Excel?
Hello. I need help creating a 10th and 11th grade
student record sheet . In the photo, the statement is only for grade 10 , but it is necessary in the right column instead of "Decision of the pedagogical council", as I understand it, to insert columns for exhibiting for the 11th grade as well.
Please help with the creation of such a table (especially those who have come across) because I can’t even imagine how all this should look and fit correctly, I rarely work with tables in Excel.

If I understood correctly, it was necessary to make exactly the same table. I did it, but I didn’t understand what is written in some places in the photographs - add it yourself. I did it on two sheets. the first sheet is the same as in the photographs, and on the second sheet I added more columns for the name of the subject and grades instead of the "Decision of the Pedagogical Council", but the size of the cells is already smaller. Didn't print, don't know how it will look on paper. Unfortunately, it is not very clear what needed to be done, so I did as I understood.
