You need to create 2 subnets in mikrotik (routerboard 750). One subnet for my devices and one for guests. When someone connects to me, he is given a guest ip. The client on the guest subnet must have limited speed (5 Mbps) and must not be able to access my network.

Well, just. We create two pools of addresses. For example, 192.168.0.1/24 for yourself and 192.168.1.1/24 for guests.
We assign one port to the provider, the other port to the master, for the local network.
