How to create a similar border in CSS?

Good day.

I'm drawing a ticket-like component with two sections. Above - the name and basic data, below - everything else. Between these sections there should be a dividing line, and at the joints along the contour there should be two roundings, as in the picture.

Does anyone know how to create such a border?
