How to create a shared notebook of multiple Grandstream gxp1400 on an Asterisk server (Isabel4)?

Created an IP telephony server. Issabel 4 system, asterisk 11, Centos 7, external - 4 e1550 and ZTE8710 modems, chan_dongle module, extension numbers on Grandstream GXP1400 devices, 3 pieces.
In general, everything works, but it is not at all clear who is calling from the outside. With an incoming call, the device shows that the call is coming from Dongle1, when I pick up the phone, the incoming number is also added.
When adding a number to the issabel address book, I can make an outgoing call by clicking on the desired contact, but it is still not recognized as an incoming one.
