Asterisk. Why does the phone become unavailable after the call is transferred?

Good day to all.
There is a small CallCenter in which Askozia 4 is used. A queue of 3 operators is configured, who can then switch clients to other internal numbers. Recently, a situation has begun to appear that when transferring a call to an internal number, the CC employee becomes unavailable for calls until the conversation is finished with the client.
Example: A call is received from subscriber 12345, it falls into the queue, it gets from the queue to a free operator 101, operator 101 transfers the call to internal 501. At this moment, calls are received from other clients, they are not received by operator 101, and if all other operators are busy, then they are in a queue. As soon as the employee on number 501 ends the conversation with the client, calls begin to come to operator 101.
Tell me, what could it be?
