How to create a shared folder on a restricted local network?
Hello. Tell me how you can create a shared folder with restrictions on the local network.
Input data: we have n-th number of laptops on windows 10, one local server on windows server 2019.
On the local server, we want to create a shared folder with restrictions on user groups. All work laptops are personal and mostly people work in an Administrator account (or under their own unique name, but with admin rights). As I understand it, in order to differentiate rights, all accounts that will participate in using the folder must be created on the server and have the same names and passwords. When I started to create accounts with admin rights on laptops, I ran into a problem that access to the folder was not provided. After I created an account on a laptop separately from the admin, access earned. Please explain how it works? It turns out that you need to create separate admin accounts on each computer? Or is it possible to somehow provide access to the folder and unique accounts with administrator rights on laptops? What other solutions are possible?
