How to create a screen with a list of Cisco interfaces in Zabbix?

I want to add a screen displaying the status of the Cisco switch.
There are items "FastEthernet0/1: Port status", "FastEthernet0/2: Port status", etc. How can they all be added to one table of the form:
interface description: port status
And also the table:
interface description: bytes rx / bytes tx
without adding them one by one?
