How to create a restore point on windows 10 server 2016?

No matter how hard I tried to find - I did not stumble upon the necessary information. I googled it, but I guess I didn't search very well. For there is no standard "restore point" in server Windows, as I understand it.
Is it possible to only backup to external media? Is there anything easier?

Not in server windows. Use Windows Backup.

IMHO you should not do this - it's better to set up Windows backup on a schedule, it will be easier to restore.
