4. In terms of cost, it’s very rough if it takes about 30 hours to integrate with one service (development, testing). If there are, say, 20 services, then 20 * 30 = 600 hours. Then it depends on the rate, let's take a small one - 500 rubles per hour, at the output we get 300,000 rubles. But this amount can be safely multiplied by two or even three. In order to get something working with a high degree of probability, you will have to contact a company specializing in such developments, the rate will be higher, most likely from 1,500 rubles per hour, or even higher. In general, a couple of million will come out, but most likely more :-)
   
5. Look for investors and convince them of the expediency of implementing this project :-)
