Payment system with debiting from the card in a few days (bill me later)

Hello.
I sell digital goods.
Process: a person paid with a credit card (entered data), used the product (2-3 days or more), if he liked the product, the amount is debited, if not, he lets me know and I cancel the order.
What I'm looking for: a payment system or a CMS with such functionality. I'm from Ukraine. Reception in the CIS.
Liqpay suits me, because it is simple and does not require any contracts + the money is immediately transferred to the Privatbank card.
Is it possible to somehow arrange this using Liqpay? Do you need some kind of add-on, service?
Or maybe there is an alternative?
Important:
- a minimum of contracts.
- fast write-off.

PayPal uses a similar scheme: the client must confirm the transaction or cancel and indicate the reason for the cancellation.
Although there is a similar principle in VISA. Money is not debited immediately, but the amount is reserved by the bank. Payment goes through 3 days later.

This is a regular chargeback, write off immediately and if it doesn’t fit, make a return.
If you want a delayed decision, then this is not just implemented, you separately charge your bucks and then again, apparently by subscribing the client for recurrent payments. here I think you can’t do without pci dss certification, and this is at least thousands of dollars, which apparently doesn’t suit you, from here we go to point one.
