Acceptance of micro-payments on the site for the service worldwide for FL. How to implement?

Hello.
(I understand that I may be repeating the question, but this version has a number of clarifications)
You need to accept instant one-time micro-payments for the service on your website (multilingual). (5-10 USD per transaction)
Main conditions:
1. Connecting a payment system for FL.
2. Worldwide acceptance (with the highest possible payment methods, credit cards, etc.)
3. Low interest.
4. Withdrawal to the bank of the Russian Federation (Alpha) to the FL account.
(I don’t know how it will help, but: there is an identified account in Ya.Money and WM)
Please advise the correct correct way to implement such a process (if it exists).
In advance, thank you all for your help.

There is no universal solution, as far as I know. But I would do this:
1) For the RU locale: Yandex.Checkout, with output to the account in Alpha.
2) For other locales: PayPal, with withdrawal to the account in Alpha.

@kumaxim

For WebMoney
For Yandex, somewhere I saw the possibility of replenishing a wallet from a bank card, but there is a commission of 49 rubles .... Although this is not a problem with the current rate))) Link

"The whole world" is a very vague criterion. There are no payment systems that work equally well with Korea, the Philippines and, say, Argentina, while being ready to deal with the Russian Federation and currency control.
The correct way is:
- determine from where, what amounts and in what currency will be received
- decide whether you need an admission to the account of a physicist in the Russian Federation
- select payment aggregators, taking into account paragraph 1
- connect two of them (the second is a spare)
While theoretically Xsolla is seen a good option, but specifics are needed.
