Which system of accepting electronic payments to choose?

Interested in which payment system is more relevant now?
I generally work with a WebMoney wallet, but not a personal certificate, but a formal one. QIWI or Privat24 is also suitable for withdrawal.
Already climbed a lot of sites. And here are the main problems I met:
- the commission is large
- you can’t register legal entities
- sites on a free domain / hosting are not allowed - you need a
personal WebMoney passport
Under than I have no fraud, if this is important. Advise some sites where there are no such problems, thanks.

In general, from all that was proposed, I decided to directly use WebMoney replenishment through interfaces. It's a pity, of course, that there is only one payment method, but I'll be sure of it :)
