How to create a new section in MODX Revo 2.8?

Hello. Can you please tell me how to create a new section on the site in MODX Revolution 2.8.1?
The section is simple, 4 photos in a row.
I took the code from another section, which also has 4 div blocks in a row, but as I understand it, something needs to be changed.

Find a resource in the admin panel that has 12 written in brackets on the right, copy it, here parents' => ? instead of a question, write the id of the new resource, there will be other documents inside, open them one by one for editing and change the license to the desired image. The option that I described is terrible, but if you are not well versed in modx, then moreover, someone has already created a section with licenses for you in this way, for some reason.
