How to add a slash to MODX links?

Please tell me how in MODX you can add a slash at the beginning of each link. Links currently look like this

<li class="second_level"><a class="" href="ротационный-станок-для-перфорации-металлической-полосы.html">Высоко скоростной вырубной пресс ПР-200</a></li>

but it needs to be

<li class="second_level"><a class="" href="/ротационный-станок-для-перфорации-металлической-полосы.html">Высоко скоростной вырубной пресс ПР-200</a></li>
