How to create a MODERN multiboot flash drive?

Good afternoon. Until recently, I used HirenBootCD 15.2, as well as its modification lexapass.
Then I found out that the version was updated, there are beautiful wallpapers and all that. But there are no programs I need, such as checking memory, installing different versions of the OS, and so on.
My old ways of creating a flash drive with MBR are already outdated.
Tell me a good guide, or constructor, article, tool, so that you can:
1) Test memory more than 16 GB - run from the root of a flash drive
2) Test HDD
3) Install PE distribution (lInux\Windows)
4) Ability to install Windows from previously saved images
The ability to modify the menu, boot from images on a USB flash drive?
It's just that the last time I did this was 10 years ago, and I think my knowledge is no longer relevant.

Not to your request, but there is such a thing. HDD with ODD emulation. https://www.zalman.com/ru/contents/products/view.h... I
use it to this day and do not suffer with bootable flash drives

Why create them? Ready to eat, including everything you need and much more besides. As they say, download and use.
Personally, for several years I have been using the MultiBoot assembly of 2014, which has several versions of WinPE on board (based on XP to Win8, one will not start - we launch another, some will definitely work), several Windows installation images (from XP to Win8.1, 32/64 of all versions - from Home to Pro and Ent, cleanliness, i.e. lack of attachments from the author of the assembly, tested in practice), several hundred utilities in the 2k10 repair and recovery package, as well as the most commonly used utilities are available directly from the root . This build is a little outdated (no UEFI support, and no Win10 image), but I've already fixed that and created modern versions. They (and many others) are available atRutracker (section "Computer service").

Admin PE project.
The developer has already done everything for you. It remains only to burn on a flash drive and use it.

There is a wonderful site for a no less remarkable (probably) person:
sergeistrelec.ru
I've been using PE builds of his compilations for 3 years now. It has everything you need and even more. There are several options for ready-made PE for different volumes of media, as well as one of the main ones (it helped me at one time) - a sensible, painted manual \ FAQ on how to properly upload all this to a USB flash drive \ SD \ or VHD in general.
