How to create a Learnable bot based on ML?

Hello! I have such a question, I'm new to machine learning (I have experience in programming), but there is a good idea how you can train a bot to solve problems in the field of finance .. That is, there will be a problem for the bot to understand this problem ... and solve it with the appropriate formulas .. So far, it only occurred to me to write all kinds of problems in order .. Maybe someone can suggest the best solution? Thanks in advance!

" I'm new to machine learning " + " but I have a good idea how to train a bot " ---> Are you sure that the idea is really good?
train a bot to solve problems of different types in the field of finance ---> Are you sure that one bot can solve problems of different types?
That is, there will be a problem for the bot to understand this problem ---> Yeah, the bot must understand the problem itself. How do you really imagine it?
and solved with appropriate formulas ---> i.e. do you expect a solution with formulas from the bot??? Excuse me, but why?
While it occurred to me only in order to write all kinds of problems----> This phrase is rather cryptic. What "all sorts" of problems in what "order" to write? What for? what does this have to do with writing the bot itself???
Can someone suggest the best solution? ---> It would be best to start by understanding what "machine learning" is, what a "bot" is, how everything works there, then clearly formulate the question. For one along the way you will understand how "good" the idea is.
