How to create a dynamic directory in 1C?

I want to create some kind of database (it was possible to process it, but I need to store data), from time to time I will upload directories for processing there, their structure is not known.
The Internet says that it is impossible to dynamically (programmatically) create directories or its details.
Programmatically, you can work only with the details of the form, including the tabular part.
But the question is, how then to save the directory in the database if the number of its details is not known in advance?
In fact, from the reference book, I need only 2 fields with which I will work, the rest is a makeweight to save the structure. Therefore, if there are no other options, you will have to store it in the form: RequiredField1, RequiredField2, "FieldWithAllOtherDetailsComma Separated".
