RDP server calculation + 1s?

Good day.
Please help me calculate the load on the server, maybe it's easier to divide them into 2.
Terminal users - web browser, mail, 1s client, Word \ Excel. 20 people

1s server -
16 bases (8 boo + 8 zp), - volumes of bases - 10-20gb
1 large UPR base - 30gb
Basically, bases are not used all at once, but in pieces.

Of course, I love Intel processors, but based on the hoster's list, AMD clearly wins in my opinion.

This is a lease. If you don't like it, you can rent another server.
Technically, it should work quite quickly for its 160+ thousand per year. Worries only about the reservation of 100 GB for backups.
