How to create a dynamic banner automatically generated from the pages on the site?

In the Google Adwords network, banners are spinning very often, which are formed dynamically from the pages of the site. How to create and publish such banners in Adwords?

This placement type is called "Dynamic Remarketing". Rolled it out so far only for goods and tickets with hotels. The rest of the placements are in beta. Within a year or two, I think they will release in all directions
