I have a dumb question.
The IP of the client's website was blacklisted by Roskomnadzor.
I now want to transfer the site + domain to my server. Will such a transfer affect the ranking of the site in search engines, and how will yandex.direct and google ads react to this?
PS Googled, but found conflicting information, so I decided to clarify here.
PSS I don’t understand much about these promotions at all, so if possible, write in a simpler way

If the IP of the client's site (and not its domain) is blacklisted by the ILV, then the simplest thing is to ask the hoster for a new IP address. You can also transfer to another server if its quality is not worse than the current server, because search engines evaluate the speed of the site (server performance).
