Hello, the task is to make it possible to edit the background for the header of any section of the site.
For the manager to add one picture today, change it to another tomorrow, etc. How to make it smarter and easier?

There are a lot of options and it all depends on the specific task (I interpreted your task in 3 ways)
Offhand, you can do this:
1) Use the include area for the background (and other html content).
2) It is possible through the page properties
3) You can make a component with a parameter (file type) and change the code through deferred functions
