There was a need to change the author of some messages and discussion topics on the forum under the control of 1C-Bitrix.
What is the best way to do this? The option of transferring all messages to a new user when deleting an old user is also suitable.
I am interested in the solution from the administrative panel for the content editor, because I would not like to climb and edit the base yet.

Bitrix has a thing for managing data in the database ( /bitrix/admin/perfmon_tables.php?lang=ru ), find the table with messages and change the data there

Messages and topics of the author are most likely tied to his ID. Try to just overwrite all the data of the new user in the old user. It turns out that you will put a new user on the ID of the old one. Of course, if this option suits you and you do not need to save the old user. Just change the data between them and that's it.
